Absolutely brilliant experience. I booked a return airport transfer to and from Chania airport. For both journeys our drivers were friendly, polite, professional and they drove well too. They had booster seats for my kids, as requested. The cars were clean and comfortable. They were on time and the communication via email is very easy and they reply very quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Crete.

Crete Lux Travel were absolutely fantastic, they are the best taxi company that we have ever used. The drivers were polite and punctual, all communication was very clear and organised. We would highly recommend and will use this company again when visiting Chania.

Both taxi drivers were on time, polite and friendly. Bill collected us from the airport for our first journey and we enjoyed his company and conversation very much. Marcel took us back and was very informative about the island, telling us about the history of the buildings etc that we passed on our return to the airport.

We always use Crete Lux Travel for our return transfer from Chania airport to our accommodation. It's so nice to have the peace of mind knowing that you have a reliable transfer sorted. This year (as is often the case), our inbound flight was delayed, but there was still someone waiting for us, which really helped to minimise further disruption. Our return transfer arrived promptly as scheduled and both journeys were very smooth. The vehicles were comfortable and nicely air-conditioned. In addition the service was incredibly friendly and the drivers were happy to share knowledge about the area, which was a lovely bonus. I'd definitely recommend if you are considering a pre-booked transfer.

This is an excellent company. The service we received was safe, reliable, friendly and professional. We will use them again on future visits to Chania. Our family group was four adults, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The service we received on child seats was attentive, understanding and caring. We were picked up on time for the trips to and from the airport, the drivers were well-presented, friendly and informative, the vehicles were clean, and everything went very smoothly. We were very impressed.

We used Crete Lux Travel for our airport transfers and also for a long journey to Kissamos Port. The drivers arrived on time and were friendly, talkative and were very good with our children. I also found that any emails had a very quick response time . Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and very good value. We booked a transfer from Chania to Rethimno at short notice, and Nikos was really helpful, providing us with a minivan transfer with only 24 hours notice and answering our questions promptly. Our driver, Bill, was lovely, giving us cold water when we met him at the airport and telling us about the island on our drive to Rethimno. We looked forward to meeting him again for our return trip! We could not fault CLT’s service, great value, prompt, very clean and modern vehicle and a great driver. Will definitely use again, highly recommended.

A very reliable company! We hired their drivers for a transfer from the Heraclion airport to Chania and back. Both the drivers met us at the agreed time and place, they were very nice and helpful, and were driving safely. The cars were clean and comfortable. Very good communication with the company when ordering the service. I highly recommend.

HI we used this service twice. We had them pick us up at the airport and we used them to go from Chania to Heraklion. They were the best , the cars were clean and had bottle water for us. The A/c was great. They were on time . Everything was perfect. I would definitely us them next time I am in Greece.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Lovely friendly driver and even though we were blocked from our apartment by road closures he tried his hardest to get us as close as possible. Good price too. This is exactly how you want every airport transfer to go, smoothly with no drama.

Had the pleasure of using CLT and was very satisfied with the service. Quick, easy and professional email communication, good price, clean car, friendly driver and on-time for my two transfers. The only downside was no booster seats was available for my children, age 5 and 7, so would be great to provide this in the future. I can only recommend and will definitely use again.

Used this company for long journey (2.5 hours) as they were the most competitive on price and seemed professional. They were ready and waiting when we reached chania airport. The driver was very friendly and professional and even pointed out some local landmarks on the journey. There were 4 of us travelling and we had plenty of room to spread out in the large mini bus on our long journey. We had the same driver on our return journey who arrived ahead of time and was again very friendly and professional. Would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Mr Vaggelis was so kind and helpful during our trips from the airport to the hotel that we stayed. We organised also a daily trip to Elafonisi famous beach that we really loved. The beach is fantastic and the driver gave us some useful information about thar area. The van was brand-new and clean… We would highly recommend this company for safe and enjoyable transfers through Crete island! Thanks again Vaggelis!

Used CLT for collection and return to Chania airport when visiting Crete in August 2017. On time, polite, excellent English, helpful, clean vehicle etc. Would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend them. Price also extremely competitive. First class !!

We used Crete Lux Travel to pick up our family of 9 at the airport in Chania and take us to our villa. The driver was friendly despite crying baby and willing to stop toblet us pick up a few groceries on our way. Then on our return trip we used them for the 2 hour journey to Heraklion port for early morning ferry. Both times they were on time and professional.

We had a lovely air conditioned minibus waiting for us at the airport and he also took us back to the airport after our fab holiday at the villa we were staying in. Friendly and helpful driver who spoke very good English.
